Marie and Pierre Curie Society

The Marie and Pierre Curie Society honors those who connect their desire to support the Science Center with their estate and investment plans. Sharing the joy of learning through planned giving can help define our institution and our impact on the community. The Curie Society recognizes all those who are actively playing a part in the creation of a better tomorrow.

You are eligible for membership in the Marie and Pierre Curie Society upon notification that you have included the Science Center in your estate plans or other form of planned gift. Examples of qualifying giving methods include naming the Science Center as a beneficiary in a will, trust, life insurance policy, or payable on death (POD) account, or in a charitable gift annuity. Curie Society membership benefits include:

  • Recognition on our donor wall and in the Saint Louis Science Center's Annual Report on Philanthropy
  • Invitation to a Society luncheon with the President and other special events
  • Potential tax reductions, with the aid of your own tax and legal advisors
  • The knowledge that your generosity will strengthen science learning for future generations
